First time i ever been to one, we Waited an hour past max wait time with 5 hungry kids, the manager is a cock sucker and wouldnt provide customer service an take care of is the way any other manager would have but the waiter was great dood very expensive for how little you get

Loved our over all exsperiance ! Food & service were ok, pricey for the quality, gift shops a bit pricey as well, over all ombiance was nice, it's something you do for once in awhile experience. My daughter loved the build a bear she got, I found a awesome salt lamp! Great entertaintment, we enjoyed the street performances, wish my daughter would of let us ride the ride, she was to scared.
This is the worst place on earth to ever go to eat. We waited two hours for a table and they never once offered drinks or appetizers or never once apologized for the wait. We ended up never eating and we walked out. Thanks a lot rain forest café
Anytime we're in Galveston, Rainforest is a must stop. We love the Awesome Appetizer platter. Thanks to Adam, Mgr, for helping us with our Birthday Rewards
This was our first time. My kids and I were on vacation in Galveston. My kids are teens and loved the atmosphere. The food was okay. It wasn't the best. A tad overpriced as well. I ordered a signature drink which I did enjoy. We liked the ride as well. We'll go back.
Awesome experience as also the kiddos loved it!!! Staff very friendly even a lady that was walking around making balloon animals for donations only very awesome!!!!!
We went there yesterday for my birthday. My shrimp was not the best. The stake was okay. We ended up waiting 20 minutes after we ate for the wait staff to bring out my chocolate lave cake. We waited soo long that I questioned why we hadn't left yet snd the surprise was ruined.
I loved the rainforest burger!! 😋😋😋 My daughter is a Vegan, she gets the meatless burger 🍔! 🏼🏼🏼
