It was my first time to be there I really enjoy it.
The food was just okay but like most gimmicky restaurants that's not something people typically go for. The atmosphere was really cool, the service was great and my kids who are two and almost four liked it. My oldest got a little bit freaked out by the storm simulation and the talking tree but other than that they had a blast. We went on the boat ride afterward and both the kids got a Build-A-Bear from the gift shop. It's pretty pricey for the whole experience but it's something kids and adults can enjoy.
great service till end then kinda slow but would have loved a booth would have made it a 5 star rating probably . o ya very expensive . food was great
Arrived time to get in was not too long 20 minutes waited 20 minutes for water and hour for food and did not get a refill for the call time there ask for a refill got a new TV and spilled it on me .
We go every time we are on the ish and and we've never had a bad experience!
Fish tacos were good and service was good. Overall good experience
Hostess( too busy talking to friend) said I dont have a table for about 30 minutes. I looked up and three empty right in front of us, Server came immediately and took us to a table, several empty around us.He was a good server and did a good job. Soup was good and drinks were good. Three year old enjoyed atmosphere but extremely pricey.
Super busy, but it was a Friday night. Service was good, the floor manager was very attentive. The food was MUCH better than I remembered. I was trully impressed. Everything was quite good. The servers did a great job making my son feel extra special for his birthday dinner. Will definitely return. P.s. the Jungle Safari Ride is super cute...take the whole family. The pics turn out cute & are reasonably priced. The � erupts every ½ hour in the evenings. The street performers ("Michael Jackson" in particular) were really good... read more
We have 3 children and go here at least once or twice a year-it's become a family tradition. My oldest is 11 now and he still loves it too. Food is good and they love the little ride and great friendly atmosphere!
