We had the best dinner and the drinks they were yummy
I love the atmosphere at Rainforest Café. The food is also outstanding, I have always have great food. The shop has such cute stuff!!!
First we were denied a table because part of our group was checking out in the gift shop. Once they were done and came to meet us we were told there would be a 40min wait! After camly expressing my displeasure of the situation and leaving I assume a manager was notified. We were then offered a table and to be seated immmediately in which we accepted. The food... It was a wonderful experience for the kids ...food was delicious but overpriced and our server was decent she took awhile to get a price on a smoothie for me when really the prices should be listed .. So not so much her fault but it also doesn't take ten minutes to find out the price of something
I loved it, loved the show and the store inside at this location, staff super nice..
Well, the food was good after waiting for it for an hour. Of course, half of the order was missing and it required talking to two expediters, our server, another server, and two managers to get the rest of it. They graciously didn't charge us for the food they delivered when we should have been ordering dessert. Overall, slow service, inaccurate order, poor customer service earns them a "Poor" rating from this diner.
They had all the fun stuff for the kids and made zure to come to our table to make balloon characters and visit in the frog suit. Had fun! Food was pretty good. :-)
Food was great/ kinda pricey though, and my daughter did build a bear. All in all we had a great time and will definately be back....
Service was terrible food was okay our server was watching tv most of the time my kids did enjoy the theme. Kid friendly
