Shrimp and fish tacos were delicious. Always love the atmosphere. We did have a hard time understanding our waitress. But she was sweet and did a good job. Of course after dinner we rode the boat ride. Always fun.
We have visited this chain coast to coast. The meal was very good, if expensive. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Since when is the correct response to Thank you, "no problem"? Of course it's not a problem. .. it's what you are being PAID for.

Great coconut shrimp & Parmesan chicken! Portions on the shrimp platter are pretty small for what you pay, but the food is consistently good. The atmosphere is always fun for the kids too.
Great atmospehere, mediocre food that is WAY overpriced! We made reservations for a party of 14 on 4th of July. When we arrived, we were asked how mant kids we said 9. Three waiters standing there eyes got big "NINE". They all responded with a "not it" type attitutude as if none of them wanted to wait on us. None of those 3 did either. A manager in a red shirt actually started our orders for us. A different waitress took over. She was OK, but didnt seem happy that a manager started orders for her. The food was ok. It was too loud and very cold in the restaurant. I'm all for air conditioning, but where this one is located, the inside felt like the North Pole.
The food was great! We were celebrating 2 birthdays, waitress came confirmed that aloud after I whispered it as a surprise. She returned with 1 cupcake after confirming 2 and we didn't get the song everyone else received. Despite that, me and my boys enjoyed ourselves.
It was amazing! This was the best one I've been to. The service was great and fast. The waitress was very friendly. There was also a lady there that made balloon animals. Super cool!! On top of all that, the food was very good and let's not forget about the water ride. Would recommend it to family and friends.
We really enjoyed it, it was my husband and kids first time. The food was good and so was the service.
