Never again! Went there with my daughter and Never Again! My chicken pasta had raw chicken in it my husbands fish looked tasted and felt like cardboard and the slaw was soggy and my daughters pasta was rubber. The manager wouldn't even let us finish talking before walking off.
Went to celebrate our Anniversary and my husbands birthday with some of the grandkids. Great service and the food was great. Picked up some souvenirs while there also. Had a fantastic time mingling with the animals!
The food, environment and service was amazing! The prices were little high but we'll worth it!

I have went to many different Rain Forest cafe's and have been to this one several times ( maybe 8) but this time was different. the Hostess ( both of them ) were to worried to talk to each other than me and my family. They were rude. Didn't care if we were there or not. Had a 30 min wait but actually got in, in less than 5 min. That was good. We visited on a fairly slow Monday night. The food was delicious but the service was slow. It looks like the animatronics need some servicing as they seem a bit tired and out of sync but otherwise we had an enjoyable time.
Always fun!!!! Great food and fun times with the rides and photo ops!!!!
Was there yesterday it was ok I spilled my lemon water trying to sit down a bowl of chili con caso. Not intentional hope the guy in the next booth didn't get wet. But was my grandsons first time there and was afraid of Mr Froggy. Love the water ride.
Sad today!! Staff not as friendly as they usually are and for ALL the $$$ the food was not good. Need to change manager...
