A little pricey but seriously so much fun. The food is good and the ambiance is what you're really paying for.
Our waiter was friendly and overall good service. The problem was that I received my meal and it was cold. Steak and fried shrimp should be hot. They did correct it but my family finished their dinner and they had to wait for me. 🙁
Great place to have dinner with a toddler and 20 month old twins. They we're entertained the whole time we were there.
Never go to the RainForest in Galveston. It sucked! They can't even cook mozzarella sticks. The kids pizza was not cooked. Sent the food back and it still came back the exact same way undercooked and freezing cold. Ask to speak with a manger and a manger never showed up. The waitress waited to see how much of a tip was going to be left for her and ask me what my problem was. This was my first and last time to go there.I'm now leaving and will go pay for another meal for my family.
I love there food not so much the noise but if you have kids its the place for kids to be able to be loud and its ok .its prizy but worth it .dont mind paying that much if its worth it and it was .i ate salmond with rice and sauted veggie... It was yummmy ....
WOSRT PLACE EVER!! If I could rate them a -5 I would!!!!! We had to wait forever to get anything.. we had to eventually just get our own drinks from the bar! The food was great but the service sucked! The waiter messed up our ticket and the management was arguing with us over a $17 meal (after we paid $180) and threaten to call the cops then proceeded to call me trash! We got escorted out AFTER paying $17 more dollars which we shouldn't have but I got tired of the disrespect! It was so stressful and bad professionalism!!
Food was amazing, a few over priced menu items, but nothing to horrible. I give this specific location a 1 because of the service and HORRIBLE management! We had to give our drink order twice, to two different people, we waited forever on our food and had to get up twice to get our own drinks from the bar because we never saw our waiter after the food was brought.
