This place is horrible, one the waiter can't understand spilt the ticket. Multiple families sit together and want seperation of the bills. Now we had to wait on drinks for a while a Manger came and retook the drink order still didn't get that right. Then told me they could not take care of the bill due to 2 different waiter names on tickets after arguing over a child's dinner charge after already paying 180 dollars they said we can just add it which we have been trying to have done. It was a fun experience for my family and good customer service and good food
Overpriced, 2 meals, an appetizer, 1 iced tea, $89. The food was just ok. It was crowded and the atmosphere wasn't worth all the extra money. The waitress was good.
Service was slow, a lot of people who worked there just standing around. My Quinoa Kale salad was disgusting. My son had flat iron steak and he said it was good.
Well, besides it was loud and had to wait 50 mins to be seated and it being expensive I loved it! The food was great, the ride was great, and the waiter was great. But most of all my daughter loved it. It was her first goin to Galveston and the rainforest cafe. She kept staring at the monkeys. It was worth the money to us. :)
I brought my little sister to Galveston for her 13 Birthday, and decided to take her the Rainforest Cafe for the famous lava cake. We knew how busy the restaurant can get, so we made reservations and schedule our whole day around it. We finally get there, and she receives the safari hat, and that was the only acknowledgment of her birthday we got. Unorganized, worst service ive experienced in a long time. Obviously we come for the kiddos but this place is ridiculous. and dirty!�
Food was good and loved the atmosphere in the restaurant. And the adventure ride was so much fun.
