El café Rainforest está fabuloso, un lugar para mí fuera de serie se los recomiendo , y la comida muy especial.

Slow service. Price you pay is too expesive for the size portions. I had the iron steak combo with the fried shrimp. 4 small pieces of shrimp that were more fitting on a child's dish. The side I ordered was just about twice the size of the steak. And everyone's cole slaw was dry and tastless. Next time I will go someplace else and pay a little less for bigger portions. My family will not eat at your Galveston location on our next family vacation.
We were there yesterday and we lived the atmosphere but the food was way over priced!!! Cost us (2) $93 and my husband and I had one drink each. His beer was $10.50 (draft). We had 2 people w/birthdays, I told the waitress and she asked if I wanted to purchase the Volcano? ($14.99) for a piece of cake and ice cream with a sparkler in it. I said no. They never even came and sang happy birthday!!!!! Pretty sorry! Don't know if I will ever go back.
We had a reservation so our wait time was short. Our waitress was very friendly and even lead our 6 year old all around the restaurant to see the different animal features. The food was delicious and arrived in a very timely manner. No complaints at all and we will definitely be back when we visit Galveston again.
The hostess was in a rush to seat us and threw everything on the table top. Our waitress was also in a rush. I understand fast pace waitressing, I've done it before, but she barely payed any attention to us. The food and drinks were great. As the table sat down next to us the waitress grabbed the kids menu from my son and gave it to the little girl at the other table, (mind you it was a paper coloring kids menu) and instead of going to get another one she took it. AMAZING!!!! We had a large party of 15 people a little after lunch time, our wait was not very long (maybe 10-15 minutes, if even that) And the service was great (even though my sister in law was being a little bit of a challenge constantly changing her mind lol) our sever was great she took care of everything with ease and very professional (I wish I remembered her name). Great food. Great service. Friendly staff. Loved the watetfalls on the building and the animatronic alligator out front
My son loves going to Rainforest when we are on the Island, the service was very nice but, getting sick several hours later was not. I will never eat there again.
