Waitress was good. Volcano cake good. But, we had a wait time of about 30 minutes and was suppose to get a text when table was ready. They skipped over us and gave our table away then claimed we never answered page. That was bull. I was sitting right by where you go in. They didn't call or text. Just admit your mistake. Don't try to blame your mistake on the customer.
Waited about an hour to get our table. Then about another hour- hour 30 to get our food. We had a decent size group, but waitresses were off their game tonight for sure. Menu was pricey for the food/portions. Plenty of thugs to keep the kids busy tho.
We absolutely loved our visit here and the ride was so much fun!
River ride was fun while we waited and the wait to be seated went fast. Waiter was great. We had a group of 7 and there was a very long wait for our food. Even with the thunderstorm and animals it was hard on hungry kids. The food was good and all in all it was a good experience.
Mediocre service bad food fun atmosphere for kids under 10

Not sure if he planned it or not, but everyone thought it was all part of the show! You've got to try the Rainforest ride! It's brief but well worth it! Loved the "tri-cylindrical" aq... read more
We went for an early dinner. There was a short wait but the service was very good. We ordered 3 different meals and really enjoyed them all.
First time to a rainforest cafe yesterday! And we were blown away. The food is amazing and you must order a volcano cake so so yummy! One will be enough for a table full of guests. We all ordered a variety of entrees and appetizers and it was all incredible! Thanks we will be back!
I came here, Bc of all of the things I've heard about it. And I remember eating here when I was younger. Between the server, and the bus boy, I don't know who made my birthday dinner worse. I just wanted to relax, and enjoy my night out. The server was extremely rude. Kimarni B. He stood around and looked at us while we simply needed napkins & silverware. Because we couldn't eat our food after the bus boy had thrown away our FULL drink beverages. When I well told the server we were going to go outside, for a minute. He respo... read more
