Mildly terrible. Ordered mozzarella sticks and they were delivered to a different table. My question to the waitress was "Are they gonna now come out with our dinner?(which I didn't want)". They did. Also, our waitress wasn't as attentive as I would've liked. I wanted to love the experience, but the late appetizer kinda ruined it for us.
The hostess had her kids there and they were running all over the place and bombarding our table. It took an hour to get our food and by that time we had to have it boxed up to take back to the hotel since the kids were restless and done eating already. I would have understood if they were busy but they weren't. Expensive for such poor service and experience. Only reason I'm giving it a 2 and not a 1 is because the food wasn't awful.

Food was too expensive and bland. Atmosphere was cheesy. Service was terrible! The only redeeming quality were my kids staring at the volcano cakes and smiling. You could go to another store for half the price and have just as much fun. IMO.

We waited over an hour and froze it was so cold in that place will go back but will take a coat
Wonderful time and good food would loved to had done the tour but it wasn't up and running yet
Josh's service was excellent very friendly and nice guy !! Loved it !!!!
