Great, friendly service! I highly recommend The bacon bbq burger, it was massive and very tasty. The nachos were large, but not my favorite (needed more cheese). We had onion rings as an appetizer, but did not care too much for them (they were soft and not crunchy). Overall atmosphere was fantastic!

We hope you'll be back, Shanea!
We visit the rainforest every time we are in town. This visit was going the same as normal (which is great) until the Manager Lacy came over and greeted us and talked to us for a few minutes, he was very nice and really made us feel like valued customers. Thank you Lacy for the awesome experience!!!
Business response:

We let Landry's (which is the company that owns Rainforest Cafe) know how sick my parents were and they just tried to find another cause for my parents illness. They asked what they ate for lunch, if they had food allergies and went on... read more

Hey Melanie - We don't like hearing this and would love to find out more information about your experience. Would you mind sending us a Private Message so we can discuss further?
Mediocre overpriced food. Possibly the worst value for any restaurant in the history of eating out. It is not specific to any one location. I've been to 3 locations and all are exactly the same. Only reason I gave two stars is because of the same reason I go every couple years. The kids love the atmosphere.
Always a great place to take your family to eat. The kids love the animals.
it's a nice place a lot of fun and delicious food
Always loved this place! Prices are a bit high, but the queso is amazing.
