It was definitely over rated the food was not good for the price it was cold and had to be taken back and remade. But my grandbabies had a great time just taking in the scenery and sounds which over well them which compensated for the bath food.
We had a good time and the food was good. The pasta was not good but they exchanged my food with no problem.
Omg let me start by given 0 stars. I spend at least 2000$ a year at this restaraunt. Today was horrible. We had bad service. My mother n law a vegeterain got the wrong food. Yea they gave her a beef wrap so know she will probably be sick for a week. Than to make things worse our appetizer came out with the food. Service was great 👍 food was pricey and was ok nothing spectacular atmosphere was great and plenty of things to do for the kiddos. Over all service was great kids had fun and food was a 3 ⭐️!!
This was our first time here. We were in spring break and heard great things. We went early right when they opened, we were treated very nice as we came in. All the staff that we passed grested us. Right when we sat down the storm and all the animals began moving, the kids absolutely loved it. The waitress gave us plenty of time to look over the menu, and offered recommendations. Went to Rainforest Cafe in Galveston with my family for the first time to celebrate my son’s birthday. I called Friday evening and made a reservation for 7. We were seated timely and thoroughly enjoyed the food and the experience. Our waiter Tony was wonderful and took care of our entire party. My son and I will definitely be returning soon.
Honestly, i never write reviews, but I must say this.. the food is just downright AWFUL! I mean completely inedible. Of the 5 of us, the only person that was able to eat it, was the one who got a salad. (The Ranch though I will say was OFF THE CHAIN) it’s fun for looks but the portions are way off and the food is atrocious. No wonder I’ve only ever come for the Volcano.
