I usually love it but it was really busy this last time and was nearly a 2hr wait for seating. Once seated, the appetizer didn’t come out till after the entree and they forgot my sides then charged me extra because the server said there was an upchage for the substitute when she had asked me what sides I wanted. The atmosphere is fun but I was very dissatisfied with the service and wait.
We LOVE this place and will be visiting again soon! The atmosphere is amazing and the food and service were wonderful each time we have been there. We spent our honeymoon on Galveston Island years ago. We have been back several times and are going back for our anniversary. We will be dining at Rainforest at least once or twice during our trip! LOVE IT!! :)

I have a son with severe food allergies and this chef was the best! I will always come back!

This is where I wanted to spend my 50th birthday at, My Sweet Husband took me and I had so much fun!!! This was our very first visit to Rainforest Cafe and we loved it!!!
The rainforest setting and ride was really nice , the food was not all that good for the price and our server wasn't really all that friendly , and when we got our appetizer not even 5 minutes later our food was there so basically our food ended up cold , we were not happy especially for driving over 4 hours to go and eat there , hopefully if we go back we have a better experience because we would like to take the grandkids
El servicio esta bien todos muy amables, el restaurante y la tienda muy atractivos tambien, pero opino que deberian servir un poco mas de comida los platillos estan sabrosos pero nos quedamos con hambre, 2 tacos de pescado a la parrilla con un poco de frijoles negros por $ 17.49 + taxes es ridiculo.
Bad service the waitress never came checked up on us or asked for re fills. There only time we saw her was to order our food and drinks.
