Food was fair, service was very slow. Waitress was really nice
Hermoso ,Lugar ,la tienda y sus animales, asta en el techo, las peserasgigantes variedad de peses, afuera para descansar y ver el mar o el tráfico, todo muy bonito, fuimos dos noches seguidas con la familia y esas cascadas todo hermoso¡
Our server was all over the place, we waited too long for our check and another server was looking for her, she stated that she had too many tables, apologized but kept staring at us thinking 🤔 we were leaving. We told her we wanted to pay and leave. Beautiful restaurant but short staff, hoping they will improve the service.
It’s a bit of a wait but that’s to be expected with summertime and the weekend. They have enhanced their menu for more variety and the food was the BEST ever!!! The queso is amazing 😋 Love the atmosphere like always. Very yummy and such a pleasant experience ❤️
My husband and took our two youngest to try it out for the first time ever and we were not happy...we waited to be seated for an hour and once we were finally seated, it took another hour for the food to come. I had told the waitress that we were extremely exhausted from being in the sun all day and just wanted to eat and go to our hotel...I also told that If they had any grilled chicken and she didn’t know, them I finally said, ok I’ll just get the chicken fajitas. First time at a Rainforest Cafe and it was awesome. The kids thought it was the coolest place ever. Food was super good too.
Would not recommend. The service was terrible. It was cool at first. But the waiter tried keeping our money and was rude about tip and snatched it. Not only that, but he overcharged us. Might of just been him though.
Waaaaay over priced tourist trap.
