Best rain forest I have been to. Food was great and the service was ok. Kids had a blast and the adventure ride is a must! We will back!!!
I have been to this location several times and this was by far the worst experience. We waited 2 hours for a table then waited forever for our food, which was just ok. Then they brought out one of our entrees and didn’t bring out the rest of our food for about 15 mins. All of our orders were wrong and when we got the check she added extra charges for changing out the correct sides. Had a 2 hour wait which was expected but only took an hour. Server was very friendly and professional and helpful as it was our first time. Food was pretty good. And experience was great. Was worth the wait. Only disappointment was we were a table of 2 and they had tables that were open for 45 min -1 hour but still had to wait to be seated when we very easily could have been seated. But overall we were very satisfied
Other than the long wait (Fri night)...it was very good. Server explained about the Landry's Club Card. Server was here from Jamaica and working for the summer, very good and friendly. Food was very good. We were a party of 9 with 5 kids.
Overall not bad, but the service was kind of slow.. Obly went as I knew the kids would enjoy it.
The atmosphere is amazing but the food was horrible!

First the staff was friendly helpful though they made some mistakes. If the statistics I saw where correct they are probably WAY under paid for the prices. Secondly I'm not the RIGHT kind of customer. The whole place is hugely pretentious. I'm bewildered by the number of people willing to spend over a hundred bucks on a dinner with a big grin on there faces.
