Ok, this was my 1st time at this location even though I was born, raised, and still live in Galveston (I try to stay away from tourist traps) So, we decided to bring our toddler on a cloudy evening with thunderstorms on the horizon, tourists going home since lots of schools starting, etc. Well, the wait for a table was for 1.5 hrs at 8pm. Must due if you have small children. Go for the experience. Food is fine... experience great for children. Always friendly staff. The cave ride is worth the cost.

It was busy but worth the wait! Took kids on the adventure ride and it was fun! We eat here everytime we come to Galveston!
It was delicious as always, we got in quickly, the staff were friendly and efficient. The food came in a timely manner and everything tasted great.
Always have a great time. Ride the ride, make a build a Bear and eat!!!! Fun fun fun. We drive to Galveston for the Rainforest Cafe!!!!!!
It was our first visit with the family of six by reading reviews online I seen it was better to make reservations which we did and with that being done it only take us 15 minutes to get our table our waitress was super nice would take the kids again , food is just a little pricey but overall good
Made a reservation ahead of time, got seated within minutes and food was great.
The chef was very accommodating to my daughter's food allergies.... even found her a dessert to finish off the night! She got scared while I was paying for the ride and they immediately canceled the transaction and let us show her the entrance to the ride. No hard feelings when we decided to to ride. Great customer service all around.
