Hard to access from the parking garage without climbing steps. Outdated and worn out furniture.
The conference this year was very good. I enjoyed the Zumba and ministry presentations. The food was delicious, and I enjoyed singing karaoke. The hotel was excellent!!
Great place to hold the Toastmasters District 65 Conference. Enjoyed the meals that they put on for us (Enjoyed the stuffed cranberry chicken and sweet tea). Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Room that I had had a great view of the Genesee River and the Rochester Skyline. Room was very comfortable. Felt like I was in heaven.
House keeping wasn't the best. Found there hair in 2 different rooms. They did not speak English And were on the phone. Another individual had a mouse running around in her room. You pay 17 dollars an hour just to park there. Everything costs an arm and a leg. I also had no toilet paper and waited 45 minutes for a roll.
Too much negative stuff to say..why is this place still open . What kind of degree do you need to manage the place? My 14 year old could probably run it better..smh.
It wasn't clean, cream spoiled, no hot water in the morning. "Being fixed"
