I get a hotel for a night and this fucking hotel has bed bugs! I will never give my business to this hotel again. Fucking gross hotel! The worse hotel experience ever. Ewwwww
This is where I stayed during my 2 weeks stay in Rochester and I am so thankful. It was such a cozy place. My room was so spacious and the view overlooking the river was so great. My bed was so huge and comfortable even the pillows.The people were so accommodating and gracious. They shuttled me to work every day. Thanks to Shanique for being so nice. It made the difference especially when it's your first time in the US travelling alone.
We had to pay to park at the place we were staying at. It took an hour to get three drinks from room service, and when I called to check on it. She asked me, "Did I use the app?" I had no idea what she was talking about because this was the first hotel we stayed in that had no info on the hotel in the room. Also, there was a horrible stain on the sheets, and it took an hour for them to come and change the sheets on the bed. Horrible experience, and we will not be back.
Found a used needle in my closet with blood on/in it and the elevators were always malfunctioning. The elevator would take minutes to reach the 1st floor, and the doors would close on itself, even if you attempted to keep it open. We switched rooms, but there was no room upgrade and we were only given one free breakfast.
Beautiful place the front desk is fabulous D Andrea and Claressa are so professional and sweet and on and beyond helpful we will definitely come back

This is my favorite hotel to stay at. I've become a regular and I'm considering having my wedding here. It's absolutely beautiful! The staff is amazing and I think I can also say that they have also become my friends. Dan the man, Claudia and Bryan- thank you for always making my stay memorable!
Comfy beds, good smell, also good view! Definitely recommendable!
