THIS WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE HOTEL IVE BEEN TOO IN MY LIFE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE RECEPTION PEOPLE WERE VERY RUDE HOUSEKEEPING WAS ALWAYS ON THE PHONE THEN FLIPPED THE DIRTY SHEET IN MY FACE THE ELEVATOR IS BROKEN IT SMELLED LIKE OLD STALE CIGARETTES AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST IT HAS ALOT OF RACIST ART ON THE WALL DONT GO THERE I REPEAT DO NOT GO THERE
They billed my personal credit card instead of my corporate lodging...accounting is not there on weekends ..so you have to wait until Monday for reimbursement...if you have a full size truck you can't park in garage so you have to fight for a parking spot out front..
Don't have a reception here or bring anything valuable there, they have thieves there that stoled my wedding dress,my reception dress my veil etc. and due to them not haven any cameras in their hotel to protect ppl who spends money there they can't prove who did it and they can pretty much get away w anything ,and since its not their dress it doesn't matter to them they just view it as a mistake !!!! Foh no and the last one in my room was the cleaning lady but they can't prove she took it BC of lack of cameras !!!
Elevators not working so good and no microwave, but I was compensated for the inconvenience
Well, this is my second overnight stay within 24 months...attended concert at Blue Cross Arena. Our room on the 11th floor was very clean, New microwave and fridge, all furniture was New and well maintained, bed comfy, linens top notch. Elevators worked just fine. All staff was friendly and gracious. Hoping the management has worked hard to improve on the issues others have commented on. I have no complaints and would use this hotel again.
