Great hotel, close to everything, great food in the restaurant. Only complaint is the elevator service, super slow.
It was good enough for me l, but I'm not picky and easy to please
No issues, friendly staff good reception, happy hour at the bar, breakfast included and a Veterans rate.
Front end checking process very unorganized we waited 1/2 hour behind one person before going over to the more organized professional to check us in other than that hotel was right on point
We've stayed at this hotel for the last 3 years during labor day holiday. This year I have to admit the HK isn't as on point as it has been in the past. Garbage not emptied or emptied with no bag left in the can, coffee not refilled, beds left unattended and clean towels needed to be requested. I'm usually pretty impressed by them given the "full house" of people they have here but this year it just seems like they are missing the details to give a 5-star rating. I did not like the fact, the elevators and service was slow..
Elevators skipped floors room service was horrible the rooms were dirty and they threw out some important memorabilia of mine
