The staff was very nice. The room was lousy. No microwave, no refrigerator. No alarm clock. And spectrum cable was lousy too. Nothing of interest to watch. And we were unable to upgrade room with my Carlson Gold rewards due to the group rate we got when booking. Oh, When we arrived I was informed that I owed $127 more due to a computer glitch on the Radisson end. Great hotel, close to everything, great food in the restaurant. Only complaint is the elevator service, super slow.

No issues, friendly staff good reception, happy hour at the bar, breakfast included and a Veterans rate.
Front end checking process very unorganized we waited 1/2 hour behind one person before going over to the more organized professional to check us in other than that hotel was right on point
We've stayed at this hotel for the last 3 years during labor day holiday. This year I have to admit the HK isn't as on point as it has been in the past. Garbage not emptied or emptied with no bag left in the can, coffee not refilled, beds left unattended and clean towels needed to be requested. I'm usually pretty impressed by them given the "full house" of people they have here but this year it just seems like they are missing the details to give a 5-star rating.
