This hotel is in dire need of a makeover. The curtains are nearly shredded. The bedding is off-white and isn’t supposed to be. The wallpaper and rugs have seen better days. The closet doors don’t even close. Furniture is scratched and banged up.

Nothing on the amenities list is available, they don’t even have TVs that work and concierge and guest services just say ‘yeah, we know, it dont work’. Air conditioners don’t work, no pool, no onsite bar, no onsite Restuarant, only plastic cups in the room and no bottled water available on premise. All these things are advertised on the website. It’s a scam.
Hotel in disrepair elevators and stairways not working. Pool. Not open

Great staff ! Rooms are in good condition. I believe they are updating. Rooms could be more sound proof as we booked a weekend that was holding multiple events and was very busy but everyone passed out by midnight so it became quit then lol. Very accommodating with check in and out times free of charge! Breakfast was good too! I would recommend they put ventilation in the bathrooms though. Overall it was a very nice stay and will stay again in the future.

got to airport called for the shuttle, driver drove right past me, called back to hotel to have him come back around waited another 20 minutes then he had an attitude with me. then got to hotel checked in, go to my room and the key card didn't work. I called front desk and the girl asked me if I was reading the number on the door correctly. ummm yes I can read numbers. waited another 15 minutes for the guy to come, he says did you try the key? seriously, no I like standing in the hallway at 11:00 at night for no reason. then... read more
service sucks we supposed to have are rooms at 1 pm they make us wait until 7:30 pm, bad communication with employees and need more employees all housekeeping employees was great with us
