Conference attendee. TERRIBLE lunch buffet $12 for old cold pizza, lackluster salad and non existent table service. Credit card machine was broken so it was cash only. Conference chairs old and uncomfortable. Parking spaces tiny and confusing. Standard bleh coffee and tea.
Do not stay here even if they pay you. Hotel is very dirty. They lost their bar license so no restaurant. The elevators are a crap shoot if you get to your intended floor. Ice pushed for the 5th floor and it ended up on the 9th then the 11th and finally on the 5th. There is a B rated zombie horde outside in the form of homeless people who are literally staring through the doors at you, waiting for you to exit. Under new ownership, terrible transition elevators not working, restaurant not open, bars not open, which means no room service, housekeeping staff doesn't speak English, couldn't get them to understand that all I wanted was an extra blanket. Also a credit card authorization that was to be applied to my room was never found, took two days and still no resolution. I stayed here for one night I didn't feel safe I don't recommend this place to anyone
It was an alright stay. My girlfriend and I stayed a night and our room was alright but the coffee was awful and my girlfriend asked for another cup possibly from the restaurant and just got stated at. Wasn't feeling the vibe there. The elevators don't work very well.
Dingy. Room was hot all night. Elevators slow and worked poorly. Here for wedding and brides room had the toilet back up. Breakfast buffet food was cold. No communication between staff.
It’s a great place to stay. BUT the elevators do not work.
