Elevators didn’t work so we had to go all the way around the building to use the only working one- key cards barely worked either.
An absolute DUMP! The hotel is filthy! No working elevators over a month. Must travel though the filthy kitchen to use the service elevator. NO VALET PARKING NO BELLHOPS and they refuse to stop non handicap people from parking in the Handicap spots! Avoid at all costs!
This place is a dump. Elevators don't work. Registration computers didn't work. Wi-Fi didn't work. TV remote didn't work. Not enough staff in the bar or restaurant. Paper thin walls. Avoid.
The elevators weren’t in working order, 500 people had use two service elevators The food was terrible, the steak was like a hockey puck. The bathrooms have no where to put your toothbrushes, paste or other items. They need shelves or something in there. In the dining area where the breakfast buffet is served, you have to get your own coffee and juice, why do they have servers then, and why should u tip them, they do nothing for you. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone
Almost no air conditioning. Only 2 service elevators. With about 3000 elks staying there for convention
Elevators were not working and we have to use service Elevators. The hotel was overbooked and had to wait long for breakfast. It’s like a 2 star hotel.
Hotel could not accommodate a convention with Just 2 working service elevators and half the time the escalators were down too. Staff tried their best. Key cards hardly worked If worked at all. Charged us more than they charge normally from websites. Restaurant was small and would not open more seating.
I attended the Lions Club Convention this past weekend and stayed at this hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly but the guest elevators were out and we had to use the service elevators. The walk was very long just to get to them. The people I was with had leg and knee issues and this walk put a strain on them plus we ate at RocBurger. There was not enough staff to take care of the people in the restaurant.
