Elevators not working. We had to use the small service elevators. Difficult for anyone with a wheelchair. We where at a convention and had to wait on long lines to use the elevators.
Elevators did not work. We had to use stairs and we were on the 15th floor. Room was clean and beds were good.
Parked at the hotel across from the Convention center after seeing sign for public parking. Left the parking ramp an hour later to a bill of $25. Talked to front desk and they said that it is a flat rate on weekends and there was a sign somewhere stating this, sorry nothing I can do I was told. I would never consider staying here if they are scamming people on parking.
Wasn’t to thrill with being charged 17.50 for parking in their parking garage. The remote didn’t work great either. The wall paper was peeling off the wall in the bathroom. Did receive free breakfast on them but when asked where it was being served I was told up the escalators. Long story short, no it wasn’t and we walked out.
Stayed there yesterday. Had to use the service elevator cause the other one was broken...with a youth convention going on. Had to put the coffee maker in the bathroom because the chord wouldn't reach any plugin unless I set it on the floor. Bed was good. Room was clean.
The hotel is old and in need of updating. The van driver never showed for his shift two days in a row, unable to take us out to local restaurants.
