The staff was fantastic . Very kind, helpful and pleasant. The rooms were clean and well kept. The only issue I had ways the way I was billed me. The billed me daily instead of the whole weekend, More taxes were taking out. Otherwise, no issue . I would stay there again.
Seriously outdated, furniture dingy / beat, you've probably read about the elevator, the work out room equipment broken, don't leave the hotel after dark, and Legends the restaurant.... just don't, really avoid at all cost...seriously go to bed hungry. But the people were all very nice. This is the first Radisson that I won't come back too.
The elevators are so creepy, it stops on random floors!! While in your room you can hear when others are using the elevator because it makes a noise that sound like a lawn mower! Keys to the room are so sensitive, if you hold them near to a phone or credit card they stop working. This hotel is HORRIBLE! Needs way better improvement!
I booked this hotel for an event and I COULD NOT be happier. Shanique was amazing with my group and really took the whole experience to a new level. I had looked at other venues in the area, but this one really nailed it!
The view was breath taking food awesome,waiter's awesome.
The GM Nick Andersen is a racist. Minorities only in housekeeping, front desk etc. No management for them. White females dont count as minorities.

We had a wonderful time at the New Year's Eve celebration with Cherry Bomb! The band was phenomenal and we danced all night!! Our room was clean and ready when we arrived and the staff was very accommodating, Kalvin in engineering especially! Our friends shoe broke during the celebration and he fixed it, all the while cracking us up with his humor...Can't wait to do it again next year! ♬
Have been there before for New Year's Eve and it was great. This year was horrible!! Food was terrible and cold. Spread all over like grazing. Spent the whole night walking around looking for some dinner food. Nothing!!!!! Where was the buffet with the carving station? And how do you run out of champagne, goblets, hats and noisemakers !!!! Desert was donuts and a bacon bar!!!! For the money that was spent to stay the night it was robbery. And don't even start on breakfast the next day.
