Meca of hotel and the mall. Beautiful hotel really a cozy place to have family pet friendly close to the airport. Just fabulous rooms warm fire places in the commons walk from the biggest mall in the us to your room. With out going out side.
I just went for lunch and was very good. The service was excellent, everybody very friendly. The restaurant ( just one restaurant in the hotel ) was nice very minimalistic.
Good staff, amazing rooms, bed was comfortable and the shower is amazing, very impressed and would stay again. Breakfast was also very nice.
Hotel is beautiful! Staff is super friendly, valet service superb, room was clean, linens were crisp and clean! Will be our go to hotel for future trips to Minneapolis/Mall of America!
Great elevators, (that sounds crazy but seriously it's a busy hotel and they are efficient!) Impressive interior, nice rooms, concierge level is OK BUT NOT AMAZING, impressive convenience if your teenagers want to independently shop. Close to the restaurants. Easy to park. The in house restaurant is nice.
