I had my first visit to the Radison Blu last evening for a company event. The staff was very helful and knowledgeable. Also I was wearing brand new shoes and needed bandaids so I asked a gentleman who was near the escalator if he knew where I might find some. He scurried off and told me stand right where I was.... A few minutes later he was back with bandaids. Awesome customer service!

Elegant hotel� I was disappointed with the pool, there’s no hot tub. There’s also no friendly kids pool. The restaurant has awesome breakfast. For the money you pay, it would be nice if the breakfast was included. Comfortable beds Very convenient location�
Beautiful hotel, clean comfortable rooms, love the convenience of being connected to the mall! We had no issue with the customer service, it was great and our kids love the scavenger hunt!! Would come back again and again, keep it up Rad Blu!! �
stay was just fair nothing stood out to me that would make me go back One thing that did stick out to me was that 2 doors down from us some one ordered room service at some point and normally when your done you putt the dishes outside your room and some one would pick them up but no one picked them up they sat there for 2 days probaly still sitting there Had breakfast at the restaurant before we checked out food was bland not worth 60 dollars could have went to Perkins and had better food The bloody marry was decent though I... read more

Beautiful hotel & rooms. The Spa was my favorite! They use products that include honey from their own rooftop honeybees!
