It is conveniently located. It’s not a 4.5 star hotel in my opinion!!! It’s a 3.5 star hotel. The room we had was of awkward decore and very small. The room looked like it should be in an Austin Powers movie. 🤔 The valet staff and bell service staff were great. The front desk staff is good as well. I’d stay here again (maybe), but first I’d try out the JW Marriott which is also at th Mall of America and similarly priced, but a much nicer/upscale hotel.

I totally enjoyed the atmosphere the food and the wonderful staff. The spa was tranquil and a get away from it all. I’d go back for many more visits when I’m in the area.

Treated us like crap

When going to the hotel to check on a room reservation I was treated in such a rude manner. Lori specifically talked down to me as if I did not belong there. She would not even let me into the lobby to make the appropriate enquiries. I don’t know what she said to her manager, but he was no more polite than she was. Due to the way I was treated we will not be staying here. We took our three week stay elsewhere. If any charges from this hotel appear on the corporate card, it will be disputed, and removed. I really liked this hotel. It was clean, beds are comfortable and the ease of getting to/from the mall is excellent. Only suggestion is to heat the pool more.
