The shower had hair in the corners, the bed was lumpy, not comfortable at all and the service was unsatisfactory. The people at the desk ignored us until they noticed we weren’t leaving that we were actually paying guests, not friendly at all. I paid a lot for a room that lacked in many ways. Will stay at the Comfort Inn next time or the other hotel attached to the Mall of America. Wouldn’t recommend Radisson Blue if you are wanting a good nights sleep and friendly, courteous staff.
