Great location, high end room amenities. only thing missing was a hot tub, but the pool was a comfortable temperature.
Beautiful hotel attached to the Mall of America. The restaurant is lovely and the food was delicious. I’d recommend a stay there for sure.

Quirky Fun Atmosphere with good bar selection, great customer service with spacious rooms,fabulous bath tub and a truly wonderful makeup mirror.

Terrible website, incompetent call center reservation staff. Horrible guest experience. JW Marriott is much better. I come to Blu with hundreds of colleagues and will be advising them to switch in the future.
New Years Eve here was fun. Great group of guests and employees. Staff did an awesome job with security to keep everyone safe. A better NYE DJ would be the only thing I would suggest to management. Otherwise great experience & we will be back!
Went to check-in and rooms not ready and nothing for not having room ready. Made the reservation months ago
