My aunt got married there in December and not only was the service incredible, but the ballroom, cocktail hour area, bar, and rooms were amazing! I would definitely stay here again.
Unfortunately the only positive comment about the hotel is that it's connected to Mall of America. Checking in for the first time, we had all of our luggage and we were directed to the escalators to get to the second floor. It was difficult to carry everything and get on an escalator. Later we find the elevator that was right next to check in, but was never directed to by hotel staff. Radisson also has an app if you need to request anything.
