Check in was at 3pm. We arrived at 6pm and were told they did not have an available room for us. They took my number and told us to wait, and they’d “text me when our room was available.” After 40 minutes of waiting, I went to the front desk to ask for a status of the room. The front desk clerk had “written my phone number down wrong” and the room had been available for a while. The room was unclean, with holes in the sheets. Disappointing stay.
Beautiful, welcoming, and convenient! We stayed in this outstanding hotel to celebrate my 13 year old's birthday. Scott was so kind at the front desk. He gave us a coupon for Crave after I told him our dinner plans. He also had smores delivered to our room for the bday. Room service was excellent! Melissa was friendly and upbeat as she extended our check out time to 1pm. Charlie was a gem and patient when storing our bags so we could go shopping before packing up our car. It was a perfect experience! Thank you!
Was here for a work meeting with Great Clips. Armando in food services was very helpful in making sure that we had what we needed. Hotel was nice. Convenient for restaurants and shopping.

This is my favorite hotel in the MOA/MSP area. I love the boutique decor, the ease of access to the mall, Fire Lake restaurant and mostly staying in business class and enjoying the lounge. The staff is ALWAYS very nice. I have been staying here for the last 5 years.
We are half way through our stay but are extremely impressed on all levels of the Radisson Blu. From the time we walked in and checked in the young lady was so kind and genuine. The rooms have a great layout with subtle things that make your stay inviting. And the Fire Lake Grill!!! Food was creative and amazing! Service was amazing! Truly the Radisson Blu has established setting the bar above many other places we have stayed! Highly recommended!

So we had to come stay in the hotel for the military for my husbands annual training & the military ball. We didn’t know we had to get a park pass for the hotel. Well we ended up gettin our car towed & was worried about all the costs. The hotel covered it all & helped us make sure our visit & stay was awesome. They were all very polite & seriously worked with us. I give this hotel 5 stars. Everyone we talked to was polite the whole time we stayed. We’ll be staying again in the near future ❤️
