Stayed 3 nights. Very clean, delicious dining at FireLake Grill. The wait staff gave great service. Directly connected to the mall & beautiful lobby. Witnessed several security guard’s or EMT’s assisting a guest that had fallen while getting her luggage on the curb directly outside of the hotels front door. They were very helpful.Would highly recommend staying.

Stayed in a room here because of the convenient location to MOA. The size of the king studio suite for 3 of us ladies was fine, the cleanliness, not so much. At a time when they should be taking extra care with cleaning, there was a child’s sucker on the floor, in the corner. Right by the desk in plain view!! It made us concerned about the cleanliness of the rest of the room. The shower didn’t work properly either. There were only 3 single packs of coffee, and when we called the from desk for more, they only sent 3 more. I’v... read more
