5pm! Cancel 2nd leg of 9pm trip!! Jun 7, 2019. Kudos to Areyana & Charlie at the Front Desk Reservations for taking the time to chat with me. To help celebrate my retirement & my daughters bday, they helped me order wine & chococolate-covered strawberries! Also Nick, the Room Service Delivery person was fantastic. It's beautiful and you don't have to worry about people from the mall wandering the halls, and knocking on doors. It's just a great place to stay.
I've had better stays at an Econo Lodge. let's start with check in, check in is 3:00 which we New showed up at 3:30 and the room wasn't ready the girl checking us in just laughed have us a complementary appetizer and told us to go to the bar and wait for a text. so we go to the bar were a very rude bar tender didn't want to give us our appetizer since we weren't ordering anything else but water. An hour goes by and finally we get the text that the room was ready, so we didn't get to our room till 4:30 and had to rush to the ... read more
