had the guy behind the counter at front desk call to get my wife and I a taxi. he said without ever picking up the phone, one will be here, don't know when though. My family will never waste a dime on that hotel. if you don't want to help someone out, just say so, don't lie about it. it was raining, we walked back to our hotel we were staying at. I've stayed at plenty of Raddison hotels. never had any issues before this. I'll be telling my employees not to stay at this one for sure.
locations...the rooms are lovely and clean
Went there with my family we spent a little over $300 for a room and parking. We were very disappointed with the hotel no hot tub just a small pool and no free breakfast i've been to cheep motels and even they have hot tubs, saunas, and free breakfast, so I just expected they would have at last a hot tub and free breakfast there for $300 a night. Staff at the hotel were ok but other then that I say it was a waste of $300. My family and me will be staying at a different hotel next time I go to the Mall of America
Beer was cold ...waitresses were not ....what’s not to like
The valet parking experience was horrible. Extremely LONG wait.
