Attached to the Mall, good free coffee. I wish they would remove safe and add microwave
Air conditioner is on 66’, I know its cold outside, but air conditioner at least should be on 60’. People have medical conditions that they can’t be on a warm room, or they simply like cold room to sleep. Hating the room and just arrived.
mixed review. location, airport transport and business class amenities were great. check in was slow...4 people at front desk with only 1 or 2 working while the line stretched to the door. tried to.get a late dinner but the bar was full with more seating roped off...had to go elsewhere to eat. internet required frequent login for use...even during a continuous 20 min session while in my room.. swimming pool but no hot tub.
helpful staff nice rooms, for group meetings staff could have had more signs up around the floor of our regional event. food awesome decor was simple but nice.
