Very disappointed in the customer service. I had a room booked for next weekend but due to this entire corona virus and the mall of America being closed, I asked if we could cancel our reservation. The customer service lady laughed and said just because the mall is closed doesn’t mean you can’t still stay here. Then went on to say we wouldn’t be able to get our money back even though our reservation said we could cancel within 24 hours and get a refund. It took 3 days and about 6 phone calls and I finally got an 80% refund. ... read more

Checked in Thursday night-dirty underwear in the closet. Room did not get cleaned Friday until we complained 3 times-they then showed up after 6 pm. Will never stay here again.

RecommendedAbsolutely the most beautiful hotel. Loved that it’s connected to the mall. The restaurant serves beautiful dinners. Service was excellent and I found it amazing to always see someone cleaning. My room was perfect in every way. Thank you for a beautiful weekend.
