The room was gorgeous. The breakfast at FireLake was delicious. We weren’t in town long enough to check out the spa - but I definitely will next time. I can’t wait to come back!
We stood in line for around an hour to check in. The computer system had gone done, and the staff was scrambling to accommodate a growing line for a Friday evening. Two stars may not seem fair for a review, but I would like somebody to see this and praise the staff that was there that night. Everybody working that night kept their cool with horrible people complaining to the point that I was cringing. I applaud your staff.

Great property. The room was nice and spacious. Loved the king size bed with all the extra pillows. The food was incredible!
Couldn’t checkin and no computers? Solved the problem only after I complained! The original answer was they would open a public washroom for me! To get ready for my event tonight.

It’s alright. Walleye burger in the bar isn’t very good. It must be scooped into the bun like tuna fish. When holding and biting into it, it smooshes and squeezes out the bun in every direction. Not sure what the sauce in the cabbage was but it really ruined the flavor of the walleye. The Mac and Cheese with the sausage in though was outstanding! Will have that again for sure.
