This was my first time visit and it was nice but for the amount you pay it should come with breakfast!

This company is not a good place to stay at. I called to cancel my rooms because something has come up. I did it in 2 days before the cancelation deadline. And I had to spend 2 hours on the phone fixing it. They even sent me a email saying it was okay to cancel and get full refund. This place is clueless.

This was my first time staying at a Radisson Blu hotel. Beautiful facilities and rooms. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The bell hop even gave my kids stuffed animals and explained all the amenities on the way up to our room. I appreciated the keycard access to the rooms as the hotel is open to the MOA. My kids enjoyed the pool. The food from the hotel restaurant was decent. They made an error on our order and within minutes, had a replacement dish delivered to our room. I just came home & I can't wait to go back! The hotel experience begins at valet and just keeps getting better from there. I used all the amenities & everything was fantastic. The room was clean & bed was comfy. The art lounging area was nice to have coffee along with strong wifi connection. The restaurant & lounge had good drinks & eats. You cannot help but mention only steps to Mall Of America, just down a short halway!!! Without hesitation this will be my first choice hotel every visit♡
Wife and I spent the Night for My Birthday Everything Was Excellent From the Customer Service to The Food We Had Dinner and Breakfast.The Automated Valet Was Very Convenient Great Time Thank All of You!!!!!
