I have really enjoyed the Blu in the past. We use it regularly. We stayed this last Saturday and it was a nightmare. Double billed on my credit card for the room. When I spoke to staff she would not even look at me just kept doing her work. Finally got a manager and didn't offer any help other than to call my bank on Monday. Cancelling any further services with them!
Had a great time. Nice rooms and friendly staff! The valet crew went the extra mile for us. Will be back!
Great location attached to Mall of America. Beautuful room, view and good food. Only negative was lobby was freezing cold. Fireplace for aesthetics only and no space heaters.

Absolutely fantastic Hotel! We just celebrated our 3 year Anniversary, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. I’m definitely looking forward to our next stay at this property.
Our experience was great! Food was great an not too expensive and very nice rooms! It was very handy being connected to the mall especially with little ones! Being able to bring our things back to our room and going back to just relax and take a break was the best part! Only down fall was the price.. it was a little expensive but over all our family loved our stay!
