For what they charge for a room per night, it's not worth it. The rooms are temperature regulated, which means you can only turn the temperature up so high. Our room was COLD!! They try to say something was wrong with my room, but both if my sister's rooms were the same. I called front desk for extra blankets and they brought me a very, very thin cheap blanket...very disappointed. Excellent hotel! Outstanding design with wood elements, cozy bar, unique lobby, absolutely delicious breakfast. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The place to be!

The people were truly nice, joking and laughing with us at all times. They were prepared to help the minute we pulled up to the front door, loading a cart with our luggage and delivering to our room later. The beds were SO comfy and I want to buy one of those amazing pillows!! The room has anything you’d need to relax, even robes and shower amenities. Our banquet was awesome, so many vegetables and the desserts were cute and unique. I’d go back there in a flash, it is worth every penny! We were there for a Teamsters weekend ... read more

Not your typical Radisson that's for sure. Very clean rooms - which is rare these days. But what stood out was the staff. Very very friendly and professional. I stay in 200 hotel rooms a year and this group is among the very best.

Beautiful hotel, very accommodating staff, rooms were very nice and clean. We were there for a Teamsters event and the hall was very nice and the food was very good. You just can’t beat the proximity to the Mall of America, as there is a walkway that takes you right to the mall without having to be exposed to the elements. It’s pricey hotel, but you definitely get what you pay for here!

I thought the mattress was like sleeping on concrete, my wife and I each had one towel which was like sandpaper and, when our room still hadn't been tended to at 4 p.m. the day after our first night, my wife tracked down a housekeeper and asked for fresh towels and coffee cups.

For how much we pay for the rooms, I was really surprised that we had to pay to park in their parking lot. That didn't make sense to me at all. Not a huge deal. What really annoyed me is, I have my 6weeks old baby, and went to use one of their public restrooms, no changing table. I went two different restrooms and nothing. How disappointing!
