Started off rocky, but a great place to enjoy a weekend away for shopping!
This place is always top notch. I never have a problem. The customer service rocks and the place is awesome! ALWAYS ALWAYS VERY HAPPY WHEN I STAY HERE....it's in a great location and very reasonable. I will stay here again as needed. You have everything under one roof! Keep up the great job
This is far from 5 STAR... the staff is not very friendly and doesn't seem to have a clue what they're doing, or they hate their jobs and are bored and uninterested. We arrived late at night, after a long drive, 12:30 am. I went to check us in and the clerk could not find our reservation, finally found it and said that my husband had to check-in, even though my husband and I have the same credit card/number and I said he was in the car, I even booked the reservation!
