Everything about this hotel was great! Our room was beautiful and we were treated like queens here! Definitely coming back next year!

Staff was great and friendly. Room however needed work. Had a lose light fixture that fell off when you tried to use the bed lamp, floors were dirty inside our room and the entire floor hallways, I don't think they were touched with a vacuum our entire weekend stay. Also our pillow cases were stained upon arrival.

Overrated. Room had a toothpick on the floor by the bed that looked used. Light fixture was loose and had to be replaced. Front desk person was proud that they were so slow in service because she took her time in giving us all the information. She forgot the most important things like parking and that you needed to use your card in the elevator to get to your room. So many people said the elevators were malfunctioning...until we told them how to use the card. On top of it since we used a third party to book our requested kin... read more

The lady who clean the pool 🏊 today. She was a bit assuming on our towel. We walked in and had seen two towels next to the chair we were sitting and she assumed it was ours already. As soon as me and my son walked out the water she wouldn't let me grab a towel and said that's your towel but we have a limit on towels. I was so speechless and I said "oh, quickly hand her the towel and thought it threw and said "if your wondering at those towel it's not ours." she said ...ok well we have a limit on to our towels being wash etc... read more

Customer service specially in the lobby they are not so welcoming and friendly . otherwise rooms are nice and convenient for our 2day trip in the Mall of America.
