For a fancy hotel wasn't very impressed. Stayed in bloomington plus across the street the next night and was more impressed. Better pool too. The only part i liked was being attached to the mall. Carrying heavy bags around floor 11 wasn't fun either.

Loved it all. The staff were very helpful, I like the style of the hotel very much, I slept like a log in a very comfortable bed, and the restaurant was a very good one.
I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson Blu. I was there for a BNI 20th Anniversary Gala. The shuttle service picked me up at the airport and brought me back when I left. The room was great. Concierge service was friendly and helpful. Room service was fast and food was delicious. The meeting rooms and everything for the Gala were super. The only complaint I have is when I booked the room, it said free continental breakfast. I was told that was only for "business class" and breakfast ended up costing $48.
