Beautiful modern hotel with the added bonus of being connected to Mall of America. I could stay and shop for weeks!
I have stayed here several times and am always impressed with their hospitality and service. They are very accommodating when there are airline problems, they have a very customer focused staff, and the food is incredible. I see the posts regarding food being not impressing or the rooms run down with light fixtures loose... I am not climbing on the beds to check light fixtures when I stay, everything is clean and the way it should be. The staff was first rate from beginning to end...the room was fantastic as well as the room amenities...will definately return for a visit!
Perfect location- attached to the Mall of America! Shower & beds are nice. Staff friendly & the pool was open until 11 so the kids were happy. Have stayed here twice and would definitely stay again.
