Elegant is the word that comes to mind. Love the modern decour and awesome water pressure in the showers. Will definitely stay here again.
I have never experienced such stellar customer service in my life! My boyfriend & I arrived at 1pm to celebrate our anniversary. The front desk lady was wonderful and very helpful. We had cocktails in the bar area and ended up talking to our waitress for 25 min, she was wonderful! To follow a great day, we had dinner at the restaurant there, best food I’ve had in a long time, highly recommend the corn crusted walleye. I’m so impressed with the customer service we experienced, it made our stay exceptional.
Loved the hotel.. rooms were really nice and bed was super comfy!
I stayed here with my boyfriend in December. We had a weekend without our kids. We went downtown that night. After a long wait for our uber we finally arrived back at about 2am. I had to use the restroom BAD! When I walked in I said I was a guest there and I had to go to the bathroom and asked where the closest one was. They told me I couldn’t use the bathroom and they were going to call the police. I then ran to my room barely making it!!
