From the comfy beds, to the perfect location, to the nice meeting rooms, to the friendly staff.... my three day stay was superb. Thank you for all you do.
Pleasant decor, surprisingly quiet rooms, very clean. Great access to the mall!
Attended professional event. Staff very professional. Rooms for event we're pleasant and had a feeling of privacy. Parking was excellent and we'll designed in relation to facilities. Clean, pleasant surroundings with gorgeous greenery. Lunch was presented beautifully and professionally. Food was very good.
For being fairly new hotel the rooms feel already rundown and worn...no usb plugs anywhere and the bed was like a brick, hairs in the shower and the toilet paper was like sandpaper!! Carpets stained...great coffee in room however.. They should have spent less money on the lobby and more on the rooms. Staff was friendly and the valet attendants had the best attitude and made you feel welcome even with the heat index at 96. I would say don’t spend over 100 a night, or pay a little more and stay at JW Marriot.
