My husband and I stayed here this weekend for our anniversary. We loved it! It is so convenient. We would shop and every couple hours we would take our purchases back to the room and go back down to the Mall. The room was amazing, nice and clean and very comfortable. The front desk staff was wonderful. We had breakfast in the Fire Lake restaurant. It was very good however we struggled to find something to eat. We are both kinda picky. Could not be more pleased. Staff is exceptional! Restaurant is excellent also. And forget the walkway to the Mall of America! Never seen such a place. Wonderful experience.
Hotel and everything was good as what you pay for like anywhere else. The check in time is 3 pm and we didn't get into our room until almost 5 pm.

Such an amazing place. The entire staff is remarkable. Our stay was pleasant and I can not wait to book another weekend. Thank you all again for making our Mothers Day weekend memorable.
Beautiful Hotel! Very clean and professional. Connected to the Mall. The service it great!
Absolutely loved the room and the staff. The down fall is their doors on their rooms slam shut, and will wake you up in the middle of the night when people go in and out of their rooms.
