Was presenting at a conference and room wasn't ready on arrival. Check in wasn't working did a manual check in with CC written out. Room service next morning couldn't process my card info for breakfast. Had to return to my room twice to correct it. Liked the room. First time there. Nice hotel but judging by other comments this may be a recurring issue.
Beautiful hotel..great service..friendly hotel staff..rooms very clean..
Tried to explain I needed a wake up call at 8am. Needed transportation to the airport by 10am. He was so confused that he ended up doing nothing. Makes for a fun morning. They need competent people
Omg! Where to start? If you are planning on a Mall of America's vacation, this is THE spot to be! You will not need a car. Wake up and head straight down to the fun. Our room was super comfortable. Plenty os space to make a shopping mess 🤣 Hotel lobby is so beautiful and modern. Got room service for breakfast, and the food was delicious. We will be staying here again on our next trip, but will fly in instead of driving. Parking is as expensive as 1 air ticke 😜
