Gorgeous hotel , amazing staff , timely service ... one of our best stays .
This hotel is exceptional. The rooms are large and beautifully decorated. The bed is the most comfortable bed that I've slept in all year. Not too hard, not too soft, just perfect. The bathroom is beautiful with a walk in shower and deep soaking tub. The concierge lounge service is incredible - it's like being in a high-end restaurant with no bill at the end. And the food is exceptional.
Had business class reservations for our anniversary. We arrived around 1230 and the room was not ready which was fine because check in time is 3. We parked on site and went to the MOA. We were told they would let the cleaning staff know we were on site and would text us when the room was ready. About 330 we went back to the front desk and were told the room was still not ready. I asked if check in time was 3 and another front desk person looked at her terminal and said...you can put them anywhere. We were originally on floor... read more

Customer service was just average. They did not have the type of room available we had booked upon check-in. The replacement room smelled overwhelmingly of mens cologne. Why?? Parking was a nightmare! So confusing! With as much as they charge for a room, parking should be included. The cleaning service leaves a lot to be desired as well. They left our dirty coffee cups and glasses without replacing them; made me worry whether they just picked up our towels off the floor and rehung them.
